Following partners’ feedback, we have simplified and amended some of the monitoring measures for the health at work and physical activity pledges. We have also undertaken work to ensure that the monitoring measures for future pledges are as straightforward as possible.
We want the Responsibility Deal’s monitoring arrangements to be proportionate and not be burdensome for partners. We need to be accountable and transparent, and to be able to demonstrate that progress is being made collectively.
We will review monitoring arrangements in the Autumn at the end of the first reporting cycle to see what further changes can be made.
We are continuing to develop a system to allow partners to submit their pledge delivery plans and annual updates online. We hope that this will be available shortly.
In the meantime, these documents reflect the delivery plans and annual updates that partners will need to complete when reporting online.
