Signed up to pledge H1 and committed to making reasonable workplace adjustments for those with chronic health conditions and ensuring they are managed in the best way possible at work.

The chocolate business has assisted 42 employees over the last year with modified work to support a range of conditions including mental health, diabetes, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Flexible working policy has allowed a number of employees to successfully re-deploy to alternative roles that better accommodate their medical condition.
