Harvester and out of home calorie labelling

Harvester’s decision to become a partner in the Out of Home Calorie Labelling pledge and put calories on the menu was based on giving our customers a sense of increased flexibility and choice, as well as increasing transparency and putting the customer in control.

To date we have seen a very slight reduction in calorie consumption from this initiative and we know that on balance, Harvester customers are in favour of calories on the menu, and those who are interested find it of genuine value.

We will continue to publish calories on the menu in Harvester, as well as providing full nutritional information on the website and via the free Harvester app. We will also continue to explore additional ways of enabling and encouraging our customers to make the healthier choice and reduce calorie consumption over time.
