We believe we have created a workplace where anyone with past or present lived experience of mental ill health feels valued, respected and is able to thrive. We provide all employees with the knowledge and tools to develop, support and maintain their emotional resilience and wellbeing.

We signed the Mindful Employer charter in June 2014 and will be sharing the guidelines of this positive approach to mental health with managers and the wider team.

In August 2014 we signed the ‘Time to Change’ pledge to end mental health stigma and discrimination.

All our team have undertaken Mental Health First Aid training and it’s something we offer to others as one of the training programmes we are able to facilitate.

We hold mental health and wellbeing events weekly for the team as well as sharing the latest support via our e-Learning platform with access to communities and news.
