Working within the health and wellbeing field we ensure all our team are encouraged to take an interest and personal responsibility for their own health and become models for those who interact with us, whether it be through training/workshops/conferences or by merely using ORTUS, our learning and events centre as their meeting space/temporary workplace. We have created an online learning platform that our team are also encouraged to actively use to ensure they have access to the most up-to-date information on mental health and wellbeing.
We record our team attendance level and actively manage this to ensure all proactive interventions are offered to enable the team to be the best they can be.
