Mental health and wellbeing is recognised by our Directors as a topic which we needed to better explain to our managers to help them recognise where any isues where work may impact on personal life, or personal life impact on work.

We are rolling out a mandatory programme of training for our managers on stress awareness as well as diversity and equality to help them understand current thinking and approaches.

Our HR team has established an Employee Assistance provider and other support services.

We continue to provide counselling including critical incident debrief groups after major incidents and rehabilitation services which include congnitive therapy.
