H4. Healthier Staff Restaurants

We work with our restaurant provider to encourage our employees to eat healthily. In the locations where we have a restaurant there is a ready availability of fresh foods prepared onsite, fresh soups cooked with minimal salt, salad bar, yogurts and a varied selection of fruit and vegetables. Our restaurant provider does not use trans fats in their cooking, and water is freely available in all areas. Our provider has recently introduced a new “less than” range which is clearly marked and portion controlled, including calorie details. This range will be extended to include all restaurant sites and a hot food option by July 2014. For any future firm wide health and wellbeing events we will be working closely with our restaurant providers in order to identify opportunities to promote healthy eating.
