To develop Manager Self Service Capability to enable managers to access timely sickness information via ESR.
To report on progress in implementing our Workforce Development Strategy (2013-2016) section – Improving Health, Wellbeing and Attendance.
To improve the information available regarding Health and Wellbeing on both our intra and internet sites.
