Eat Balanced has been founded on the basis of good nutrition. We have a leading professor of nutrition within our company (Prof Mike Lean). The professor is part of Consensus Action on Salt and Health (CASH), so we take our salt levels seriously.
By thinking creatively, we have been able to keep our salt levels at around one third of the Food Standards Agency's target level (0.4g per 100g compared to the target of 1.2g per 100g). This is exceptional for a range of pizzas.
We pledge to maintain our low levels of sodium and salt, as we develop new products and improve our existing products.
