Within our HR Strategy 2012-2015, we have results and targets each year for:

Lost days (sick) per annum, per staff member
% of staff with no sickness absence
Staff Satisfaction rates

This is updated and reported to the trustee board and published on the NUSU website.

Our annual staff satisfaction survey also includes questions on stress and wellbeing and each year, the report on the staff survey is sent to all staff and published on the staff shared drive.
