Liverpool Community Health (LCH) currently commissions it Occupational Health Services from a local acute Trust who are an accredited SEQOHS (Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Services) service. The Occupational Health service offers pre-employment screening, risk assessments, vaccination and immunisations for staff, health referrals as well as offering expert opinion through the employment of qualified Occupational Health Nurses and Doctors.
The Trust is in the process of implementing a tender procurement exercise for its Health & Well Being Services which will include: Occupational Health Services, Employee Assistance Programme and Physiotherapy Service.
The successful Provider(s) will work in partnership with the Trust in providing accessible expertise to ensure a safe, healthy working environment that benefits staff and promotes high quality patient care. The Trust aims to promote and maintain the highest possible level of physical, mental and social wellbeing of all employees, through the identification and management of risks to health and compliance of health & safety legislation and by utilising a pro?active approach to staff wellbeing
