East Cheshire Trust allows flexible working through its flexible working policy, which allows for example flexibility in work patterns and working from home.
East Cheshire Trust will ensure that it does not discriminate against individuals on the grounds of mental health conditions and has in place provisions for 'tailored adjustment agreement'.
In 2013 the process and implementation of these agreements will be reviewed and re-introduced using our external suppliers of HR and we will investigate the viability of using staying well plans at staff 1:1 sessions with their managers.
