In addition to the annual report to the Board we will also provide quarterly reports on wellbeing via the Workforce Development Committee. There will be a section in our quarterly staff magazine promoting health and wellbeing initiatives and we have a health and wellbeing site on our intranet.Our sickness absence data is recorded in ESR, which is our payroll and HR system. Data is entered by our managers and for those departments that are now running an e- roster, the data is fed into ESR via an interface with Healthroster. Sickness absence rates are calculated by taking the number of FTE days lost to sickness in a month divided by the FTE available in that month.
