Essentially Wine Ltd will review its current advertising and marketing to ensure they follow the latest best practice and adhere to the three current codes of practice around the marketing of alcoholic drinks. In doing so, Essentially Wine Ltd will, where appropriate, seek advice from the Portman Group on how best to follow the Codes they are responsible for. Furthermore, in reviewing the Companys online presence reference will be made to the ASA Codes and their requirements as applicable.Essentially Wine Ltd will monitor the outcome of the Portman Groups review of its Code of Practice on the Naming, Packaging and Promotion of Alcoholic Drinks. The Company will implement all necessary changes to its advertising and marketing procedures and materials in light of the published outcome of the review.Essentially Wine Ltd will continue to ensure that it does not advertise within 100m of schools.
