Health Management (HML) will report on our own employee's health and wellbeing by means of analysing our absence data drawn from our HR system and the results of our employee surveys. Absence rates are calculated using the number of days absent, total headcount and number of working days to gain a percentage which is monitored each month. HML record all absence data centrally on our HR system, using absence forms and return to work interviews conducted by Line Managers with the employee concerned. Where further action is required this is then managed by the Line Manager and HR department, as appropriate. HML will also work with our clients to assist them in managing their absence and wellbeing within their own workforces, by providing robust Management Information (MI) of cases referred to HML and will provide relevant, holistic and proactive advice from Consultant Occupational Physicians to ensure our clients can manage their employee's wellbeing effectively.
