BT currently reports internally and externally on key performance indicators around health and wellbeing. These have consisted of lost time injury rate (number of incidents per 1,000,000 working hours), work-related ill health (number of cases per 10,000 people in post), sickness absence rate (percentage calendar days lost expressed as a 12 month rolling average) and number of formal enforcement cases. BT will from April 2012 report externally in line with the Business in the Community Workwell public reporting guidelines.
