Marks and Spencer has included a section on employee wellbeing within its annual 'how we do business' annaual report for a number of years. This year we will submit additional information outlining employee uptake for our http://www.planahealth.com website, details of our corporate wellbeing challenge activities and enhancements to our overall employee offer. Marks and Spencer has also demonstrated its commitment to developing public reporting for employee wellbeing by joining the joint BITC/DOH expert panel initiative to develop business metrics for public reporting by FTSE 100 companies.
