Wells and Youngs Brewing Company actively support any employee suffering from a chronic condition. This is facilitated through the following routes:Access to free private health care cover (based on length of service and qualifying criteria) - this allows employees employees instant access to health care provisions.Wells and Youngs has a capability policy in place which supports line manager and employees through dealing with long term sickness. The policy provides a framework for support, clear communication and access to occupational health support where required.Wells and Youngs has a proven track record of facilitating success back to work programmes for employees who have faced chronic illness.Wells and Youngs works closely with an occupational health provider to ensure that we provide tailored support for employees with health problems.
