As part of the global sales and distribution alliance between Beam Inc and The Edrington Group, we have audited annual sales to identify key brands accounting for 80% of UK volume sales, from both companies.From that, we have instigated a labelling programme to ensure that they are all compliant with the three labelling elements (unit information, NHS guideline, pregnancy warning) within the pledge. Initial qualitative assessment indicates we have already achieved the target.On-going work will continue to confirm our initial assessment. In addition, we will review and confirm what percentage of those brands contain the two optional elements. We will also monitor the format of how this information is presented.
