Staff sickness rates are published monthly and with a progressive figure on the internal staff notice board. The figure is commensurate with the size of the organisation.Information about staff sickness rates has been circulated to staff in an internal Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) newsletter.Permission has been given internally for construction of a walkway within the ground at IGD to encourage exercise.Work is continuing on menus in the staff restaurant to ensure staff are provided with healthy options.
