At Greene King, we have already removed 95% of the products that do not meet the 2012 salt targets from our main supply chain. In addition, manufacturers have been advised that they must comply with these targets in developing future recipes for our menus.We gather data on the products that are listed within this route and hold them in our nutritional programme which produces the nutrition and allergen reports for managed menus. This process has been rolled out over the past two years to include our destination and local divisions' menus.We will ensure, in the first half of 2012, that the food offer in Belhaven, Loch Fyne restaurants and our three recent acquisitions, Cloverleaf, RealPubs and the Capital Pub Company, will meet the 2012 salt targets.
