We will increase the promotion of our current scheme which includes: the provision of free pedometers which is aimed at increasing our awareness of our level of physical activity; encouragement of physical activity, eg through the distribution of a local walks leaflet and walking the Harman House (office) stairs; corporate rates at local fitness clubs; distribution of information about local leisure facilities; the provision of shower facilities for people who wish to cycle to work or jog at lunch time.We will continue to encourage participation in internal and external sporting activities and competitions and match physical activity based charity fund raising.In addition we will launch the Walk4Life Harman House Mile at our Uxbridge site and the Bonny Berwick Mile at our Berwick site. We will also add the Harman House stairs to the Walk4Life website so that employees can log their climbs. Furthermore as part of our updated personal wellness initiative we will promote the Chief Medical Officer's revised physical guidelines to all employees.
