We have opened up our facilities to fitness instructors to give classes for example Pilates which is held regularly in one of our training rooms and was successful so we continue to offer a subsidised course. For the more energetic one of our managers started a free boot camp training session for team members to exercise outdoors as opposed to going to the gym.We offer subsidised gym membership and at some sites gyms are provided for guests that team can also use.We are currently reviewing our culture and development and are looking at the pioneers to ensure that a more active lifestyle is encouraged.Team members are encouraged to trial our sporting offers at our sites and are offered at the end of the day as an alternative to going straight home and becoming couch potatoes. All team members are encouraged to ensure on their breaks they get up and go for a walk and get some fresh air before resuming their work.We are promoting Change4Life with encouraging healthier options in our café/restaurants and walking up stairs instead of taking lifts etc. Generally getting the team to think about being more healthy and active whilst at work.
