Please describe your work to reduce and prevent under-age sales of alcohol, over the last year (2000 characters limit):
We operate a strict ‘Challenge 25’ policy to prevent under-age sales of alcohol. Colleagues are rigorously trained in the application of Challenge 25 and will ask for proof of age from anyone attempting to buy alcohol who looks under 25.
Our compliance rate as measured by independent simulated test purchases is 86%, which is in line with the industry average.
