We do not use any partially hydrogenated vegetable oils in our cooking oil or in any menu ingredient.
Our current blend of cooking oil (rapeseed and sunflower) was carefully developed to reduce the level of Trans Fatty Acids (TFA) to the lowest possible levels (typically <1%). Naturally occurring TFA present in all refined oil means it is not technically possible to reach 0%. Moving to this current blend of cooking oil resulted in an overall TFA reduction of 94%.
