Please describe what are you have done over the last year to ensure that your products are marketed responsibly (2000 characters limit):
We continue to advertise and promote our brands responsibly, in line with the Portman Group code. We have received no complaints over the last 12 months.
We ensure that our marketing professionals and agencies are trained in the responsible marketing code and the code is adhered to.
We also launched a lower alcohol version, 2% ABV of our leading lager brand, Tennents as well as a 0% ABV product, Tennent's Hee Haw. Both of these products help us to promote responsible alcohol consumption.

Please describe the process you have in place to ensure your company does not advertise alcohol on poster sites within 100m of schools (2000 characters limit):
Our media agencies have the requirement to avoid citing advertisements for our products near schools built into their contract. This is audited via the media buying audit process. We take infringements very seriously. We are not aware of any infringements over the last 12 months.
