In June 2014 - March 2015 we have continued to train our leaders and managers in all aspects occupational health, including how to recognise and support employees with chronic conditions. As our business and workforce grows, we can accommodate employees with chronic conditions by assigning responsibilities that are appropriate for their specific needs. Employees with carer responsibilities are supported by offering flexibility in their working hours, via either formal or informal flexible working requests.
