H4. Healthier Staff Restaurants

Please decribe how you and your caterers have encouraged healthier restaurants/vending outlet/buffets (as applicable) for your staff over the last year. There is a 2000-character limit when completing this section.
We removed our vending machines and replaced them with a variety of items purchased by our facilities team. Nutritional listing sheets for all items are displayed alongside. We have also worked with our catering company to ensure that they provide the nutritional information for each of the main meals which they provide on a daily basis. This comprises a traffic light indictor system showing red, amber and green ratings depending on the nutritional content. This is visible at the point of purchase and menus that are advertised around the business.
