Please describe what are you have done over the last year to ensure that your products are marketed responsibly (2000 characters limit):
Internal marketing and industry codes of practice are at the heart of our sales and marketing operating principles. Our Sales and Marketing Operational Guidelines, which encompass the details in one reference document, were updated last year to reflect recent changes.
Training is given to all staff who are involved in the sales and marketing of our brands and forms part of the induction process for new members of staff. In addition, key members of our marketing team have undertaken training of all of our agency staff.

Please describe the process you have in place to ensure your company does not advertise alcohol on poster sites within 100m of schools (2000 characters limit):
This is included within our Sales and Marketing Guidelines and is referenced during training sessions.
