Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
In 2014 we ran targeted events within our production facilities; an area which had been recognised as requiring support from the Carlsberg organisation.
In 2014 and continuing into 2015, we are promoting and in certain cases developing initiatives to build and share knowledge with two distinct aims: firstly to provide the right information to help people make informed lifestyle choices and secondly to promote responsible drinking so our people can both make health choices themselves and share their knowledge with friends, family and the wider community, acting as ambassadors for our values in this area.
