Please describe what are you have done over the last year to ensure that your products are marketed responsibly (2000 characters limit):
The WSTA promotes existing standards of responsible advertising to our members on an on-going basis. As a trade association the WSTA does not market, advertise or sponsor events in its own right. Our members are required to comply with the Portman Group Code and the various Advertising Codes and the WSTA continues to provide advice and support to help them to do so.
Do you use the Drinkaware logo?
The WSTA does not advertise, but does promote the use of the Drinkaware logo among our membership.
Are you signed up to the Portman Group Code?
the WSTA does not promote, package or provide sponsorship. However, it works closely with the Portman Group and encourages members to make use of their free advice service and ensure they are compliant with their codes.
Please describe the process you have in place to ensure your company does not advertise alcohol on poster sites within 100m of schools (2000 characters limit):
The WSTA does not take out alcohol advertising.
