On a quarterly basis our occupational health service provider, HealthWork, provides a statistical report on the programme and findings. These reports are jointly reviewed and appropriate initiatives, strategies and campaigns developed.
The occupational health interests of IOM have been acquired by HealthWork who were the first company to achieve SEQOHS accreditation which has been re-accredited (year 4). HealthWork also hold CBH accreditation. HealthWork allow time in their scheduling for employees to walk in for advice.
Our occupational health programme, delivered by HealthWork, offer a range of voluntary health checks that seek an early awareness of health issues allowing early interventions. Typical issues identified include high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes.
We continue to offer and promote our Employee Assistance Programme which is available to all employees without referral. Feedback from employees who have accessed this service have been very positive.
HR Managers provide guidance and support for those dealing with, or suffering from, domestic violence and mental health issues.
For this year we are supporting two national charities, Macmillan and Help for Heroes. We have utilized the Macmillan learning zone for Cancer in the Workplace training for HR Managers.
We are committed to the CSCS scheme which requires all card holders to undertake, and pass, a touch screen test with occupation related health, safety and environment questions.
We register our sites with Considerate Constructors and sign up to their five part code:

• Value their Workforce
We have successfully promoted the Responsibility Deal to a number of our supply chain partners.
