Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
We have an in-house Employee Health & Wellbeing team within the company which produces many statistics from ongoing health surveillance medicals, case management appointments and physiotherapy sessions. We use this information to help identify trends and priorities for further action.
All sites have targets for attendance and procedures are in place for the management of absences. There is also Health & Safety reporting for accidents and near misses.
We have also included a section on employee health and safety on our corporate website since signing up to the pledge.
