Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
Health and wellbeing statistics are monitored on a regular basis; for example, the uptake of our gym subsidy and Cycle2Health scheme forms part of our monthly payroll analysis. Internally, health MI is published on a monthly basis to all senior managers with the view of improving awareness and identifying potential issues and/or areas of concern. Our Managing Director also presents the headline figures to all colleagues as part of his quarterly address.
Externally, our sickness rates and health statistics for 2014 will form part of our Corporate Social Responsibility Spring Statement; published later this month. For us, this is one of the key measures of engagement and wellbeing throughout the organisation and why ARAG can be considered an Employer of Choice.
