Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
We ensure our Human resources procedures and processes are accessible, transparent, effective and fair.
We provide accurate, timely, meaningful divisional workforce data on sickness absence, workforce productivity and Health & Safety.
Occupational health report monthly as part of the RAQ reports on workplace stress, referral to physiotherapy and EAP activity.
We monitor the Health & wellbeing of our employees through staff surveys.
