Please describe what are you have done over the last year to ensure that your products are marketed responsibly (2000 characters limit):
Halewood International is compliant with pledge A6. The business adheres to the Drinkaware brand guidelines and promotes Drinkaware in advertising materials and in consumer promotions. Further, the business is a signatory to The Portman Group Code, including the new sponsorship code, which plays an important role in decisions on any sponsorship of sporting or music events (such as The Grand National horse race). The importance of the Portman Codes guidance and principles is always communicated to event organisers and other external partners. Halewood International has this year run two major out-of-home advertising campaigns (incorporating responsible drinking messages) and can confirm that no poster sites within 100m of a school have been utilised.

All advertising is procured via trusted and professional media agencies, who understand that a fundamental condition of any advertising for Halewood International is compliance with this requirement. Proposed media sites are reviewed with the internal brand team before any commitment is made.
