S1. Local engagement on the Responsibility Deal agenda

Please describe the progress you have made on engaging small and medium sized organisations in your area to improve employee and/or customer health and wellbeing.
Flourish Workplace has been working with 24 businesses to achieve Workplace Wellbeing Charter and as part of this they have been encouraged to sign up to the PHRD pledges.
The pledges have also formed part of presentations to ISMA, CIPD, local business networks and Chambers of Commerce and Coaching networks.
The website is still under development and should be live later this year.
How many local organisations have committed to improving employee health and well-being?
How many local organisations have committed to supporting their customers to eat a healthier diet?
How many organisations have committed to supporting their customers to drink within guidelines?
In total, how many organisations have committed to taking actions to help their employees and/or their customers to improve their health and wellbeing? (Where organisations have made multiple commitments this will not be the sum of the three numbers above)
24 businesses have achieved the Charter and have therefore improved the health and wellbeing of their employees across the breadth of the public health criteria. Many of these have also gone onto sign up for pledges on Domestic Abuse, reporting to the Board and long term conditions
