Annual Update
H2 - We have procured an external provider for our Occupational Health services and are currently contracted with the Occupational Health Department of the Lister Hospital, they do comply with the new OH standards and are accredited. Our provider offers a specific and defined service that relates to the needs of our business with a timely response to referrals. In addition to our key service provider, we also have a specialized EAP provider that act as a first point of contact offering counseling on several instances, e.g. stress work related. Both provisions work side by side enhancing our staff’s experience when going through difficult times.

H3 - AT HCT we take our employees’ health and wellbeing very seriously. We offer many programmes and benefits to promote a healthy lifestyle. We have now recruited a project manager that is leading our Health & Wellbeing campaigns and improving our section on the extranet.
We are also including H&W into the annual report that is due very soon.
All sickness absences are recorded on our database and checked monthly by our Senior Advisors to identify recurring trends and possible need for action from managers on managing the situation.
The Board is also kept aware of sickness levels and management from reports send every quarter
