Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
We pledge to record our sickness absence rate internally and actively manage this as an organisation.
Internal monthly reporting on sickness absence helps us to manage our sickness levels. Health and Wellbeing is of utmost importance to the Company.
We have, for the fifth year in a row, gained our Gold Award at the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Healthy Workplace Awards. This is the fifth year in a row that we retain the award. As a company we are committed to providing a healthy working environment for all our employees. This year the awards were presented by Dame Carol Black.
We also display the gold award on our literature to inform others of the standard we have achieved.
