H4. Healthier Staff Restaurants

Please decribe how you and your caterers have encouraged healthier restaurants/vending outlet/buffets (as applicable) for your staff over the last year. There is a 2000-character limit when completing this section.
In 2013/2014 we expanded our healthier staff restaurants programme with the relaunch of our staff restaurant at our main site in Manchester.
This relaunch included doubling the number of healthier food options available for employees including an expanded salad bar, a greater choice of seeds and nuts and more signposting to lower calorie/fat options.
Chocolate confectionary was also removed from all in-house vending machines.
