H4. Healthier Staff Restaurants

Please decribe how you and your caterers have encouraged healthier restaurants/vending outlet/buffets (as applicable) for your staff over the last year. There is a 2000-character limit when completing this section.
At sites that have staff restaurants we run regular healthier eating campaigns - often based on suggestions/recommendations of colleagues.
Programmes such as providing free fruit, making it easier to order and reserve healthier options, revamping the look and content of salad bars and providing supporting educational literature have proved to be a success.
In our larger sites there are regular 'healthy eating weeks' promoting balanced diets, low fat alternatives etc
