Please describe measures you have taken to ensure that an appropriate, safe and sensitive response can be implemented to support your staff in response to experience of stalking, violence or abuse in their lives, which has an effect on people in the workplace.
We are on target with our action plan in respect of timescales.
We have established DASV drop in sessions for staff.
We have promoted the IDVA services across the organisation and signposting to Leeway.
We have ensured that Domestic Violence is being identified through all the Health Promotion we do. At Women's Health Week last week the Trust had a large display in the foyer with DASV materials supported by Leeway
We are currently planning our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) night of Amazing People being held on 22nd May 2014. This event will raise awareness of the high levels of domestic violence to these groups in society
