Please describe what are you have done over the last year to ensure that your products are marketed responsibly.
Essentially Wine is a well established business within its local communities, and new business largely comes through word-of-mouth recommendations from existing customers. As such Essentially Wine does still not currently advertise either its shops or its products, or sponsor any local events.
In particular, Essentially Wine turned down an opportunity to sponsor a local event held to mark the 2012 Olympics. This would have generated valuable exposure to our key local community, but was declined as being inappropriate as the event was aimed at encouraging youths to join local sports clubs.
Do you use the Drinkaware logo?
No, as Essentially Wine remains in a position where it cannot justify having to pay to do so.
Are you signed up to the Portman Group Code?
Please describe the process you have in place to ensure your company does not advertise alchol on poster sites within 100m of schools.
We do not advertise anywhere.
