American Express is committed to continue offering employee Health Checks by:
• Providing a dedicated health physiologist available onsite to provide Health Checks to all employees.
• Supporting employees to attend Health Checks during work time without loss of pay.
• Offering continued health coaching to individuals identified as having higher health risk factors.
• Encouraging employees to have their Health Check repeated annually so they can track their own health improvements.
• Supporting Health Checks with an online Health Risk Assessment questionnaire empowering employees to 'own' their own health and manage improvements.
• Promoting the availability of Health Checks with targeted communications as part of our integrated Healthy Living programme.
